Advertiser

Means any natural person or legal entity (business, organization, or institution), aged 18 years or older, who creates an account on desiinvidesi.com and submits one or more Announcements (Listings) on the Platform.

  • The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content they publish.
  • Creating a listing automatically requires the creation of a Personal Account.
  • The Advertiser must be logged into their Personal Account to post, manage, or edit listings.

Personal Account

Refers to the user account created by an Advertiser or User on the Platform, providing access to features such as:

  • Posting and managing listings
  • Participating in community groups and discussions
  • Managing profile information
  • Accessing paid or premium services

The Personal Account is free to create unless otherwise specified for premium features.

Desi In Videsi (Company / Platform Operator)

Refers to the company that owns, publishes, and operates the website desiinvidesi.com, including its web and mobile interfaces.

  • We shall not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance due to:
    • Actions of Users or Advertisers

5. Modification of Terms

Desi In Videsi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.

  • Users and Advertisers are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Miscellaneous
