    • Urgent or emotional decisions (“act now”)
  • Communication:

  • Transaction:
    • Price is too good to be true
    • Overpayment scams (sending extra money and asking refund)

4. Identity Verification Tips

Before proceeding with any deal:

  • Ask for:
    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Address
  • Verify:
    • Social media presence
    • Business registration (for vendors)
  • Cross-check details via independent sources

5. Protect Your Personal Information

  • Always verify identity before traveling
  • Share travel plans with family/friends
  • Avoid sharing hotel or personal details too early

  • Do not rely on strangers for financial arrangements
